Eucher has had a good year.  She won the Twin Oaks series in California, in  March, the Canadian Championship in September, the Northeast Fall Foliage Championship in October, she was the Working Border Collie Outstanding Trial Dog for 2002 and cumulatively was the Ontario Open Reserve Champion.  She is nine now and it is difficult for her handler to imagine her being a reliable trial dog at ten years old.  Sometimes good things happen.  

I have been lucky to have these girls as partners.  They have been generous with their breeds as well: Grace is the mother of the top two Pro-Novice dogs this year and a youngster of Eucher’s is my current training project.
